About the Role:We are a leading provider of advanced food processing solutions, and we need a talented Shipping Manager to oversee our End-to-End delivery performance. As a key member of our Global Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of spare parts and equipment to our customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement globally aligned KPIs to drive delivery performance
- Collaborate with Procurement, Sales & Order Fulfillment teams to standardize processes and improve delivery efficiency
- Monitor and analyze freight costs to optimize our logistics operations
- Ensure compliance with financial and customs regulations
- Lead a team of shipping engineers and manage day-to-day operations

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or relevant field
- Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Experience with ERP systems, PENTA an advantage
