The role of the HR Manager requires a hands-on professional with expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes for a smooth employee experience.
- Ensuring compliance with Dutch labor laws and regulations.
- Administering payroll and benefits programs in collaboration with external providers.
- Driving performance management, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.
- Developing and implementing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Managing HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and handling HR documentation.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters and best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, as well as strong knowledge of Dutch labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Proficiency in English and Dutch is required.
