About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Portfolio Analyst to join our Global Strategy & Business Development team at Abacus Medicine Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the infrastructure necessary for ongoing tracking and reporting of Global Projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure new projects are correctly registered in the system.
  • Improve the project reporting process to enhance portfolio-driven decision making.
  • Liaise between projects and business units for accurate and timely updates.
  • Design and implement infrastructure for project tracking and reporting.
  • Build automated, self-service infrastructure to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT to integrate advanced analytics and AI into PMO processes.
  • Train and support staff in effectively using the new system and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of experience in roles as either Project Manager, Analyst, Assistant, or similar.
  • Experience from a PMO with project tracking or reporting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels and with external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating complex information.
  • Attention to detail for handling large datasets.
  • Understanding of project management principles, with preferably a certification.
  • Technical proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and PowerBI.
  • Knowledge or experience with AI-tools or automation is considered an advantage.
