The Global Strategy & Business Development team is seeking a Project Portfolio Analyst who will be responsible for further developing and maintaining the infrastructure necessary for ongoing tracking and reporting of Global Projects for Abacus Medicine Group.

Key responsibilities of the role:

•Ensure new projects are correctly registered in the system.

•Improve the project reporting process to enhance portfolio driven decision making.

•Liaise between projects and business units for accurate and timely updates.

•Design and implement infrastructure for project tracking and reporting.

•Build automated, self-service infrastructure to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.

•Collaborate with IT to integrate advanced analytics and AI into PMO processes.

•Train and support staff in effectively using the new system and processes.

Fuel for your success in the role

You have:

•A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or equivalent.

•2-5 years of experience in roles as either Project Manager, - Analyst, - Assistant or similar.

•Experience from a PMO with project tracking, or reporting is preferred.

•Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels and with external stakeholders.

•Strong analytical skills for evaluating complex information.

•Attention to detail for handling large datasets.

•Understanding of project management principles, with preferably a certification.

•Technical proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and PowerBI.

•Knowledge or experience with AI-tools or automation is considered an advantage.
