C.H. Robinson is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Healthcare vertical in Europe. As Regional Head of Healthcare Europe, you will be responsible for managing and growing our healthcare department, driving business growth, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow the healthcare department, driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and execute business plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business results, leveraging expertise in program management, consulting, and change management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities, develop solutions, and drive implementation.
  • Manage program budget, ensure timely program delivery, and oversee effective allocation of resources.
  • Monitor and analyze metrics and feedback from program participants and stakeholders to recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing and executing business-related programs or projects within the Healthcare vertical.
  • Commercial experience in Global Forwarding and good understanding of operations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel up to 15% (domestically).
