Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Team Lead to join our team. As a Logistics Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse staff, ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently and effectively, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training, motivation, and functional leadership
  • Oversee the processing of orders, including picking, scanning, packing, and counting
  • Train new colleagues and ensure they are equipped to perform their duties
  • Communicate effectively with the warehouse manager and other stakeholders
  • Maintain a safe work environment, resolving employee relations issues and taking corrective actions
  • Operate steam/ironing and plastic machines
  • Report improvements and contribute to the development of the operational process

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics
  • Able to work in shifts and weekends
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience as a team leader for at least 1 year
  • Proficient in English language
