GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled QESH Business Partner to join our team in Eindhoven. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to drive safety culture and compliance across our sites.
About the RoleThe QESH Business Partner will manage a dedicated team of QESH Officers, ensuring they fulfill their tasks and responsibilities in a structural and high-quality manner. You will also be responsible for assuring matters related to health, safety, quality management, security, and environment are managed properly within the region as part of the QESH BeNeGe departments' policy and scope of work.
Key Responsibilities- Manage designated QESH Officers and assist in implementing Corporate cultural change programs at a local level.
- Create and maintain a well-organized work structure for QESH Officers to effectively perform tasks and responsibilities.
- Support QESH Officers on complex cases and perform requested audits, checks, or inspections on relevant QESH topics on sites throughout the North Region.
- Assist in external audits and develop policy and procedures in cooperation with the QESH Manager BeNeGe.
- Develop a professional framework for QESH officers to assure effective advice and results towards other stakeholders' part of the BeNeGe organization.
- Broad experience in the field of Health & Safety with a good understanding of Dangerous Goods Act.
- Knowledge of EU Health & Safety Regulations is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and preferably Dutch.
- Self-driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a challenging environment.
- Committed to delivering high-quality work and have a professional critical attitude.
- A salary appropriate to your knowledge and experience (€60,000 - €80,000 per year).
