Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deployment Project Manager to join our Magellan team. As a key member of our global business transformation program, you will be responsible for leading the deployment of our SAP S4 ERP system at our Kerkrade site.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the Magellan program and its implications across all commercial, inbound, manufacturing, outbound, finance, change management, and master data work-streams.
- Implement an effective program governance structure related to business and program functional requirements.
- Work with business stakeholders to ensure deployment alignment with S4 deliverables and business expectations.
- Manage project prioritization, costs, schedule, and pipeline to agreed plans.
- Recognize and communicate team successes to local and global management.
- Develop project plans outlining work plans, timelines, roles, and resources.
- Manage team progress to ensure achievement of all milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and deliver project recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivery in program management with 5+ years' professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Formal education in project management preferred with experience in similar ERP deployments a distinct advantage.
- Project management/management experience in the medical device field preferred.
- Previous experience of Agile or Scaled Agile methodology, design thinking, and lean rituals will be an advantage but not essential.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and the broader application ecosystem, combined with knowledge of key business processes.
- Ability to shape, establish, communicate, and engage teams in the vision and strategy of the Magellan program.
- Creates a sense of energy, excitement, and personal commitment to the organization by empowering others, rewarding, and celebrating superior performance, and creating an inclusive workplace across many locations.
- Good listening and communication skills, with the ability to transfer knowledge efficiently.
What We Offer
We offer a defined-term contract of at least until the end of 2025, with the opportunity to work hybrid, with 3 days per week on-site. As a leader in medical science, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most – united by a deep caring for human life.
