Job Description

At Infosys, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering SAP projects to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage SAP projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and support, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring adherence to client expectations and company standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring the successful implementation of SAP solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and SAP technologies, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP project management, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale SAP projects, with a focus on quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Experience with SAP Activate, Agile, and ITIL frameworks, with a strong understanding of SAP technologies and industry trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem and industry trends.
