  • Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and deployment teams.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables, meeting client expectations and organizational standards.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
  • Provide project status updates to stakeholders, including project sponsors, clients, and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Strong understanding of SAP technologies, including SAP ERP, SAP CRM, and SAP HANA.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Experience with project management tools, including MS Project, Asana, and Jira.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, as required.
