Key Responsibilities- Manage and continuously improve our Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and automation
- Oversee services and tools that enhance the digital workspace
- Provide friendly and efficient support for technical incidents and service requests
- Support core collaborative SaaS solutions like Google Workspace, Talkdesk, Slack, and Jira
- Manage workplace technology deployment, maintenance, and upgrades in our Amsterdam office
- Handle onboarding and offboarding of users and devices
- Offer IT training and guidance when needed
- Collaborate with teams on equipment installation and support
- Contribute to broader IT projects and improve IT processes and policies
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Support/Helpdesk, with a focus on Apple devices or similar technology
- Understanding of IAM concepts and protocols like SSO, SCIM, SAML, OIDC, and Oauth
- Proficiency with MDM solutions like Jamf, Microsoft Endpoint Management, or Hexnode
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, and Miro
- Experience in scripting and automation is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong customer service orientation
- Effective communication in English (Dutch is a bonus)
