We are seeking a skilled Content Marketing Manager to join our team at Solplanet. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a global content marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Solplanet is a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, specializing in solar inverters, energy storage systems, and EV chargers. With over 15 years of expertise in R&D and manufacturing, we have established ourselves as one of the largest manufacturers of solar string inverters worldwide.

The Role

You will work closely with our Central Marketing Team to coordinate the company's owned communication channels, including social media, newsletters, and blog articles. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience and supports our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global content strategy across digital channels, ensuring effective execution within local markets.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with broader marketing objectives and ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Provide guidance and support to local marketers, helping them develop content marketing initiatives tailored to their specific markets.
  • Analyze data and track content performance, identifying areas for optimization and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of common social media platforms and their functionalities.
  • Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns and tracking performance.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as HubSpot for lead management and campaign execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to various channels.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global or regional environment.
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional European language (mother tongue level).
