About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Juniper Networks. As a key member of our Education and Training department, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive and efficient administration for training and exam events, including logistical arrangements, resource assignment, and communications.
- Manage catering and training room bookings, ensuring seamless event execution.
- Follow up on purchase orders, provide booking instructions, and process invoices in a timely manner.
- Create and deliver vouchers, redeeming training credits as needed.
- Process lab reservation requests, ensuring availability and accuracy.
- On-board suppliers, raise purchase orders, and track expenses, maintaining financial accuracy.
- Track expenses and deferred revenue, providing financial insights and support.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries, delivering prompt and effective customer support.
- Provide administrative support to leaders, extracting metrics and formatting reports with precision.
Requirements
- High school diploma or degree, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in administering and delivering educational and training services.
- Excellent knowledge of sales and financial transaction processes, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to complete training cycles, plan, create, coordinate, assign resources, and communicate effectively.
- Good working knowledge of training methods and educational services, with a focus on customer needs.
- Excellent communication, customer service, planning, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and prioritization.
- Good working knowledge and experience of Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook), Salesforce, and Procurement Tools.
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms like Teams and Zoom, with a focus on remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong understanding of reporting requirements and data accuracy.
- Financial awareness and a cost-saving approach to business, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
