Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement product improvements driven by fact-based customer insights.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, squad, UX, communication, and business representatives to ensure successful propositions are implemented and secured in operational processes.
- Focus on continuous improvement of the customer journey process to help customers fulfill their business needs.
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Business Analytics.
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a Customer Journey Expert or Product Manager.
- Knowledge of the wholesale banking industry, preferably with knowledge of BMG products.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex problems and provide clear, actionable insights.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics in an understandable way.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with a strong understanding of the Dutch language.
