Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Destination Merchandising Specialist to drive performance and optimize customer experiences across multiple destinations. As a key member of our Merchandising team, you'll be responsible for creating relevant offerings, executing optimisations, and analysing market trends to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement action plans to hit targets for assigned destinations
  • Collaborate with supporting business teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Design and execute optimisations to drive conversion and margin
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights to inform merchandising strategies
  • Define and update Merchandising Guidelines & Golden Rules
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce/category management, data analysis, or reporting
  • Experience in high-traffic consumer-facing ecommerce websites
  • Proficiency in BI and visualisation tools, such as Looker, Tableau, and Qlikview
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and switch between ad-hoc tasks and structured projects
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
