We're seeking a talented Destination Merchandiser to join our team at Tiqets. As a key member of our Merchandising department, you'll play a crucial role in creating relevant offerings for our customers and driving performance across multiple destinations within an assigned region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute action plans to achieve targets for your destinations, based on data analysis and market insights.
- Collaborate with supporting business teams to ensure seamless execution and escalate issues as needed.
- Design and implement optimisations to drive conversion and margin, including price tests, new bundles, and promotions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Define and update Merchandising Guidelines & Golden Rules with your learnings and new insights.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, track progress towards team and company goals, and report on KPIs.
- Provide feedback to product teams on usage and implementation of forthcoming features.
- 3+ years of experience in ecommerce/category management, data analysis, or reporting.
- Experience in a high-traffic consumer-facing ecommerce website.
- Experience with A/B testing is a plus.
- Highly proficient with BI and visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau, and Qlikview, and other site analysis tools like Hotjar and Google Analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Proactive, positive mindset to initiate and lead new analyses and research to improve the customer experience.
- Switching between ad-hoc analytical tasks and more structured projects, with good business judgement.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience producing actionable insights and recommendations based on outcomes of analyses, tailoring your messaging to the audience.
- Excellent communicator in English, both orally and in writing.
