Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Destination Merchandising Specialist to drive performance and optimize customer experiences across multiple destinations within an assigned region. As a key member of our Merchandising team, you'll be responsible for creating relevant offerings, executing optimisations, and analysing market trends to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute action plans to hit targets for assigned destinations, based on opportunities and challenges identified.
  • Collaborate with supporting business teams to ensure seamless execution and escalate issues as needed.
  • Design and implement short-term optimisations to drive conversion and margin, including price tests, new bundles, and promotions.
  • Conduct market analysis, track progress towards team and company goals, and report on KPIs.
  • Provide feedback to product teams on usage and implementation of forthcoming features.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce/category management, data analysis, or reporting.
  • Experience in a high-traffic consumer-facing ecommerce website.
  • Experience with A/B testing is a plus.
  • Highly proficient with BI and visualisation tools, such as Looker, Tableau, and Qlikview.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proactive, positive mindset to initiate and lead new analyses and research.
  • Excellent communicator in English, both orally and in writing.
