Your Role as Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Yacht, you'll play a critical role in creating a competitive advantage and improving time-to-market for our customers. You'll collaborate directly with our customer's product development teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement industrial assembly processes that meet customer requirements and drive business success.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success and minimize delays.

Requirements

  • Proven track record (min. 5 yrs.) in managing multi-disciplinary development projects, preferably including new product industrialization.
  • Strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a driven, can-do mentality.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical domain, such as Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
