We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren CRO-consultant en projectmanager die onze klanten kan helpen om hun doelen te bereiken. Als Client Service Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor het resultaat van onze klanten en werk je samen met een team van specialisten om strategische plannen uit te voeren.

Taken
  • Het klantprogramma laten groeien vanuit de inhoud en behoefte van de klant;
  • Aansturen van meerdere klantteams van 4 tot 10 consultants;
  • Structureren, monitoren en bijsturen van werkzaamheden op klantaccounts;
  • Bespreken van voortgang en resultaten met opdrachtgevers;
  • Sparren met de Strategy Leads over de strategie voor jouw klanten;
  • Toezicht houden op de budgetten, omzet en winstgevendheid van de accounts.
Vereisten
  • Sterk in projectmanagement: het plannen, organiseren, monitoren, beheren van en rapporteren over alle aspecten van een project gaat je eenvoudig af. Je bent in hoge mate gemotiveerd om projectdoelstellingen te behalen;
  • Sterk in relatiemanagement: je bent sterk in het bouwen en onderhouden van relaties. Je voelt zorgen van de klant goed aan en gaat hier proactief het gesprek over aan;
  • Communicatief: je kunt excellent communiceren met klanten en teamgenoten. Je kan mensen overtuigen van je zienswijze, die onderbouwen met feiten, en acties formuleren in concrete plannen van aanpak en duidelijke instructies;
  • Verwachtingsmanagement is je bekend;
  • Analytisch: je weet je weg in kwantitatieve en financiële data en kan zelfstandig klantvragen beantwoorden op basis van web-, markt- en klantdata;
  • Je hebt minstens 4 jaar relevante werkervaring waarvan minstens 2 jaar aan bureauzijde;
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
