Finance Manager

Projob is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for steering the financial direction of the company with precision and foresight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring monthly and annual closes are accurate and timely.
  • Manage treasury functions, optimising financial resources to maintain the company's liquidity.
  • Oversee tax compliance and ensure adherence to all regulatory and fiscal obligations.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, aligning with IFRS standards and responding to group inquiries.
  • Take charge of the monthly closing, annual financial audit, payroll review, and inter-group balance reconciliation, ensuring the company is budget-compliant across all fronts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Finance or equivalent study.
  • Proven experience in accounting, finance, and taxation, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  • Fluent English and at least B2-level Dutch communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics F&O.
