The Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an International Operations Intern at our Depot in Indre Arna - Bergen. As a representative of Indie Campers, you will provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service and Sales: Handle check-ins and check-outs, register guests, process payments, and provide information on campervan functionalities and terms and conditions.
  • Operations Handling: Align reservations with available campervans, verify and prepare campers and road trip extras, and maintain the fleet in top condition.
  • Quality Control: Identify and address any maintenance or repair needs, ensuring the campervans are always in excellent condition.
  • Support Activities: Assist the team in monitoring stock, coordinating the fleet, and troubleshooting operational issues.

Requirements

  • You are a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You are fluent in English, have a work permit, and a valid driver's license.
  • You enjoy international environments and meeting new cultures.
  • You possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • You are comfortable with fast-paced environments and are eager to learn and grow.
