Technical Sales Professional with CAD/PDM Expertise

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Technical Sales Professional to join our team at Design Solutions, a leading SOLIDWORKS reseller in Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our relationships with existing customers, while identifying new sales opportunities in various markets.

Your primary goal will be to deliver added value to your customers through close collaboration with our customer service and technical colleagues. This will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, providing expert advice on CAD/PDM solutions, and identifying new business opportunities.

To succeed in this position, you must have a strong background in the technical field, with experience in CAD/PDM software. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as a company car, pension scheme, and contribution to fitness. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities and delivering added value through expert advice and support.
  • Collaborate closely with customer service and technical colleagues to identify new business opportunities and deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that you remain knowledgeable about the latest CAD/PDM solutions and technologies.
Requirements
  • Strong background in the technical field, with experience in CAD/PDM software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
  • Good knowledge of the English language, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
