Senior Logistics Coordinator

Robert Walters is seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for coordinating the full supply chain process, ensuring timely delivery of packed goods to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate supply chain planning with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of packed goods to customers.
  • Manage all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring alignment with sales and purchase agreements.
  • Prepare and handle import/export shipping documents, including customs documentation, in SAP and other systems.
  • Approve invoices related to shipping and manage payments in SAP.
  • Prepare commercial invoices and delivery documents for customers.
  • Organize additional transport and purchase logistical services, such as chartering trucks, iso tanks, and warehousing.
  • Monitor vessel schedules, track deliveries, and manage inventory in collaboration with warehouses.
  • Ensure timely and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, including shipping agents, suppliers, customers, and warehouses.
  • Oversee loading and discharge processes, manage demurrage calculations, and address any non-conformities.

This role is managed by Robert Walters.
