About the Role

Lineage Logistics is seeking a highly experienced Strategic Accounts Manager to join its commercial team in Europe. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders at our customers' organizations, ensuring that Lineage's end-to-end service offering meets their evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders at our customers' organizations.
  • Work closely with operational leaders and internal stakeholders to design and deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive commercial success and grow sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer projects.
  • Provide excellent communication and problem-solving skills to interact with all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of sales success through developing complex solutions for customers.
  • Demonstrable senior-level accounts management experience in a contract logistics/supply chain environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels.
  • Ability to work in a professional sales setting dealing with partners at board level.
