Role Overview

This position is responsible for leading the complaint handling process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team that handles product complaints, including triage, investigation, and reporting.
  • Oversee investigation findings to ensure appropriate risk classification and regulatory compliance.
  • Analyze data and review recommendations based on investigation findings.
  • Perform data analysis on complaint trends to detect signals and provide solutions.
  • Maintain systems to ensure all product complaints are investigated and concluded per Vi Centra's procedure.
Main Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in complaint handling within the medical device industry.
  • Knowledge of global Medical Device Regulations (EU MDR and FDA), particularly in relation to complaint handling and adverse events.
  • Working knowledge of medical device regulations, requirements, and standards, including 21 CFR 820 and ISO13485.
