About the Role
Fugro is seeking a highly skilled Change Manager to join our IFS Implementation team. As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for leading all change management activities associated with the implementation of IFS Cloud across countries globally.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Implement the global change management strategy to ensure a high adoption rate while minimizing local resistance to change.
- Lead on the coordination of communications deliverables across the rollout and assess the impact of planned organizational change.
- Identify risks, develop risk mitigation tactics, and provide change readiness reports and other updates to management and project teams.
- Identify and channel with stakeholders of all levels, providing support and coaching advice to executives and people managers.
- Build a strong change network with Sponsors, Change leaders, and Change Agents on a global level.
- Provide coaching and training to Subject Matter Experts performing the Change Agent role.
- Collaborate with creative and technology experts in the design, development, and execution of innovative deliverables.
About You
- You have at least 5 years' experience in organizational (change/program/project) management roles.
- You are experienced in change management, communications, or similar positions.
- You possess certifications in change management from a recognized body such as Prosci.
- You have a good understanding of the principles and practices of change management methodologies.
- You have the ability to translate complex ideas into everyday language.
- You have excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
