Job Overview

Fugro is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IFS Programme Management Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our implementation programme, you will play a critical role in guiding the central activities of our dynamic organization and the course of individual rollout projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage timelines, priorities, and interactions between implementation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Solve complex issues and prepare decisions to be made by the Programme Director.
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, analysis, and delivery of rollout projects and other deliveries according to scope, schedule, and cost to maximize resource utilization.
  • Facilitate implementation teams by provisioning tools and templates and ensure compliance to the standard Fugro IFS roll-out approach.
  • Coach other PMO team members and implementation leads in their roles.
  • Proactively monitor rollout projects on scope, budget, and timelines agreed, and check invoices of external consultants for approval.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in ERP implementations and managing staff.
  • PMP or similar project management-related certification.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written presentation skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships at different organizational levels.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
