Compensation and Benefits
We offer a salary based on scale 7 of the Horeca CLA, ranging from €45,000 to €60,000 per year, depending on your experience. Additionally, you will receive a unique end-of-year bonus equal to 75% of your gross monthly salary.
You will also enjoy special team member rates in over 500 hotels worldwide, including 50% discounts on food and beverage concepts at 16 luxury hotels in Amsterdam. We also offer a friends and family rate, allowing you to spoil your loved ones with discounted rates in our hotels globally.

Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Duty Manager to oversee reception tasks, daily front office operations, and uphold quality standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring positive guest experiences by resolving concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
Your main responsibilities will include supervising, training, and coordinating the front desk team, maintaining high service standards, and upholding our brand image. You will ensure a correct check-in and check-out process following LQA standards and develop creative solutions to areas of improvement.
In addition, you will provide luxury service, follow up on the guest journey, answer questions, handle telephone calls and emails, maintain constant communication with other departments, and ensure consistency in LQA standards at all times. You will also build relationships with regular guests and take charge of daily operations when the management team is absent.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess a natural drive to get to know people and exceed expectations. You should have problem-solving and conflict resolution expertise, be guest-oriented, and have affinity with planning and organizing, as well as an eye for details.
You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and have flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language are essential. Dutch is a plus.
