Join Our Team as an Operational Excellence Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Excellence Project Manager to join our team at HelloFresh. As an Operational Excellence Project Manager, you will play a key role in improving our operations and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and lead projects to improve operational excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
  • Implement lean tools and methods to increase efficiency and reduce waste
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics to track program success
  • Facilitate and coach improvement teams to drive cultural change
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production or logistics
  • Excellent analytical skills and hands-on approach
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Clear experience of continuous improvement in high-volume manufacturing environments
  • Experience and understanding of launching new processes
  • Confident in coaching continuous improvement tools and systems
  • Knowledge of SOP creation, implementation, and adherence
  • Have knowledge in the principles and methodologies of World Class Manufacturing, Shingo, and Toyota Production Systems
