User Experience Designer

As a member of our design team, you will collaborate with product designers located in various regions, contributing to a global design network that includes a diverse group of professionals.
This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adept at managing multiple projects and shifting priorities. You will be responsible for crafting user experiences that span the entire journey, ensuring that user advocacy remains at the forefront of your design process.
Our team is dedicated to deeply understanding user needs through engagement and research, which informs our design solutions. You will work within a cross-functional team that prioritizes data-driven insights to navigate the design landscape and deliver impactful, user-focused outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive solutions that address the full spectrum of user interactions.
- Gain insights into user challenges and devise innovative strategies to address them.
- Create detailed user flows and journeys, translating concepts into wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes that effectively convey interaction dynamics.
- Oversee the design process throughout the product lifecycle, from initial concepts to final delivery, including documentation, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Collaborate with product teams, partnering with Product Managers to ensure the feasibility and quality of product releases.
- Work closely with UX researchers to enhance design effectiveness.

- Experience in a design-focused role within digital product environments.
- Proficiency in Figma, with practical experience in design and prototyping.
- Familiarity with design systems is advantageous.
- A mobile-first approach with experience in mobile web and app design is preferred.
- Demonstrated proactivity and confidence in decision-making.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Ability to engage across departments and work beyond traditional silos.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
