Job Title: Superintendent Submarine Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent Submarine Operations to join our team at HEBO Maritiemservice. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our submarine fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of our submarine fleet, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our submarines.
  • Collaborate with our project management team to ensure the successful delivery of submarine-based projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our operations team, ensuring that all personnel are trained and equipped to perform their duties safely and effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure that our submarines are maintained to the highest standards.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in submarine operations, maintenance, or project management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of submarine systems and operations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken).
