About the Role

The HR Advisor will serve as a strategic partner to the corporate and IT departments, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters. This role will focus on ensuring a high level of service and guidance is consistently delivered to the business, while also developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and global New Cold policies.
  • Collect, process, and manage local personnel data, using reporting tools and solutions to help people leaders manage their teams.
  • Ensure accurate and concise records during all phases of the employee journey, including recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and salary reviews.
  • Support the Global HR department in various local and international HR projects, including local roll-out, implementation, and communication of changes or kick-offs.
  • Contribute to the review of existing HR policies, procedures, and processes, and work on continuous optimization and updates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HRM or business administration.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a comparable HR role, such as HR Generalist, HR Officer, etc.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Good knowledge of local/country HR legislation.
