Your Role
As a Communications Officer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand and reputation among various stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that foster engagement with both internal and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications:
- Lead the development of an internal communications strategy that promotes strong employee engagement.
- Inform and inspire co-workers about our mission, culture, and values.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on internal communication initiatives.
- Manage and enhance internal communication platforms, including our intranet.
- Organize and promote internal events to strengthen community and teamwork.
- Gather and analyze employee feedback regarding internal communications.
- Prepare reports on communication effectiveness and suggest improvements based on insights.
External Communications:
- Enhance engagement activities directed at external stakeholders, including investors and the broader professional market.
- Contribute to community growth by creating compelling content that positions us as a thought leader in impact investing.
- Define and implement distribution strategies for our content to reach relevant audiences.
- Optimize external communication channels, including newsletters and social media.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of external communication efforts, providing insights for enhancement.
Your Profile
We value your unique potential and the principles you uphold. To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Extensive experience in marketing and communications, ideally within the financial sector and international context.
- A proven track record in managing complex internal communication projects.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and community building.
- A collaborative spirit with a focus on results and strong interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, organized, and hands-on approach.
