Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Equipment Engineer to join our team at Yacht. As an Electrical Equipment Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining electrical equipment for our production lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electrical equipment, including test boxes and test systems, to meet the needs of our production departments.
  • Lead multidisciplinary projects, including electrical, mechanical, and software engineering, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage engineers during assembly or installation tasks and participate in hands-on assembly or installation work when necessary.
  • Create detailed drawings and schematics, bills of materials, and maintain technical documentation for purchase parts.
  • Execute projects according to specifications, ensuring all necessary diagrams and drawings are available and up to date.
  • Translate client requirements into feasible technical and financial specifications, incorporating all functional requirements and considerations for safety, ergonomics, and standards.
  • Develop project budgets and timelines as needed.
  • Communicate regularly with customers, providing clear updates on project progress and upcoming tasks to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Oversee the post-project phase, including drafting maintenance instructions and determining maintenance intervals.
  • Establish required spare parts inventory based on potential errors and maintenance needs for installations or machinery.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all matters related to electrical safety.
