Overview:

As a Software Development Lead at Philips, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of cutting-edge software solutions for test and manufacturing systems. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our software solutions are scalable, modular, and aligned with the latest industry standards and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Software Development Teams: You will lead multidisciplinary teams of software engineers, electrical engineers, and mechanical engineers to design and develop software solutions for test and manufacturing systems.
  • Develop Software Solutions: You will be responsible for developing software solutions that meet the requirements of our customers and are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical and mechanical engineers, to ensure that our software solutions are integrated with our hardware products.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: You will stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, including Industry 4.0 and IoT, to ensure that our software solutions are aligned with the latest industry standards and trends.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 Years of Engineering Experience: You will have 4-8 years of engineering experience, particularly in a development and/or production organization for industrial products.
  • Proficiency in Labview/Python: You will have proficiency in Labview and Python programming languages.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Windchill, and GitHub: You will have familiarity with SAP, Windchill, and GitHub.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher: You will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Software Engineering.
