About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team at LYNX Amsterdam. As a Customer Service Professional, you will play a key role in serving our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer service and delivering a positive client experience.
  • Oversee and manage the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring all necessary information is requested and accurately entered into our system.
  • Translate documents between Finnish and English, as well as create high-quality written content.
  • Participate in various projects within the department, including the development of new products and services.
Requirements
  • Strong writing and grammatical skills, with the ability to produce clear, precise, and error-free content.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly through email and telephone interactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English, with the ability to translate documents and communicate effectively with customers.
