Category Manager Belux

We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Category Manager Belux om ons team Trade Marketing te versterken. Als Category Manager Belux ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling, implementatie en doorvertaling van onze Category-visie naar kanaalspecifieke oplossingen en activiteiten in de Belux markt.

Je taken:
  • Medeverantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling, implementatie en doorvertaling van de PVM Category-visie naar kanaalspecifieke oplossingen en activiteiten in de Belux markt.
  • Sparringpartner voor (de strategie en activiteiten van) Sales en Marketing, met name vanuit het perspectief van het kanaal, de retailer en shopper.
  • Klantstrategieën analyseren en inzichten van retailers en shoppers om belangrijke kansen te identificeren en bruikbare aanbevelingen te doen aan interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Samen met je sales collega's relaties ontwikkelen en onderhouden met retailers, resulterend in strategische partnerships waarbij je objectieve inzichten en aanbevelingen deelt met de retailpartners over hoe de zoetwarencategorie kan groeien.
Je profiel:
  • Master Degree in Business.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen Trade Marketing, Marketing en/of Sales in de FMCG-branche.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden die je gebruikt om marktgegevens om te zetten in bruikbare inzichten.
  • Geavanceerde kennis van het proces van categorieontwikkeling, het maken van categorieplannen, prestatiebeoordelingen en het aandragen van nieuwe initiatieven om categoriegroei te stimuleren.
  • Diepgaande kennis van Belgische retailers en traditionele handelsklanten.
  • Pragmatische en actiegerichte houding, waardoor je in staat bent om zakelijke behoeften te vertalen naar oplossingen.
  • Het vermogen om onder druk te werken, snel te denken en initiatief te tonen bij het oplossen van problemen.
  • Effectieve interpersoonlijke communicatie en adviesvaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse, Franse en Engelse taal in zowel woord als geschrift.
