Air Freight Forwarder Role

At Page Personnel, we are seeking an experienced Air Freight Forwarder to join our team. As an Air Freight Forwarder, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of goods by air.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage air freight shipments from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, customs, airlines, carriers, agents, and other service providers to keep all parties informed of shipment details and timelines.
  • Negotiate rates and create quotes for air freight services, following up on them to ensure timely completion.
  • Handle the full operational and administrative process of air freight shipments, including accurate billing and monitoring shipment progress.
  • Communicate any changes or delays in the process promptly and professionally to all involved parties.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • Effective communication with various stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills are necessary to ensure timely and efficient air freight services.
