Job Title: Customs Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Customs Administrator to join our team at Adams Multilingual Recruitment. As a key member of our Contract Logistics division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by ensuring seamless customs-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customs declarations in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Prepare and manage customs declarations for cross-border transport, including gathering necessary technical and fiscal information
  • Liaise with Customs authorities regarding special tariff duties and other tax matters
  • Handle objections, BTI applications, and correspondence with Customs
  • Identify and report any irregularities in customs processes
  • Draft and submit petitions to Customs, providing necessary motivation
  • Address customs-related issues, offering advice and solutions to both internal and external customers
Requirements:
  • MBO-level education with a customs broker diploma
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, written and spoken
  • Experience with AEB software and/or WMS applications is preferred
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time role, and you are expected to come to the office near Rotterdam at least 4 days a week. We offer a working from home allowance and relocation support is not possible for this position.
