As a Senior HR Associate (or Senior HR Advisor), you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to international clients on a broad spectrum of HR-related matters.
Responsibilities- Independently advising and supporting international clients on a wide range of (more complex) HR-related matters including Collective Labour Agreements, forms of leave, employee benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
- Engaging in client or prospect meetings to assess HR needs and propose solutions.
- Supporting junior team members in their daily work as required.
- HBO degree (preferably in HR or a related field) with at least 5 years of experience in an HR advisory or similar role.
- Fluent in both English and Dutch, with excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR-related legislation.
