Job Description

We are seeking a talented International Trainee to join our Project Development team in Offshore Wind. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop your skills, and contribute to our mission of creating a fossil-free future.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Portfolio management tasks in the area of project development
  • Further development of portfolio cockpit and portfolio reporting in collaboration with stakeholders within and outside of Offshore Development
  • Preparation of monthly portfolio and decision meetings
  • Involvement in portfolio initiatives (e.g. portfolio strategy, portfolio optimization, market development or similar)
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant practical experience, such as an internship at a management consultancy, renowned industrial company, or start-up with a focus on strategy or portfolio management
  • Exposure to international environments during your studies or previous internships
  • Advanced level of working with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint), experience in working with PowerBI is considered a plus

You should also possess:

  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with an entrepreneurial approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High levels of social competence, passion, and a team-oriented approach
