Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be primarily engaged in project-related activities, providing developmental and implemental assistance to the project. This includes coordinating with and engaging different teams and stakeholders in terms of project dissemination, assisting the Project Manager in planning and executing strategies to promote the project, ensuring consistent and effective communication of the project's positioning, preparing promotional and dissemination events and materials, and performing other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo excel in this role, applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or above in Social Science, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Language or a related discipline, with at least 3 years' full-time work experience preferably in educational projects. They should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and the ability to complete multiple assignments concurrently while balancing priorities and meeting deadlines proactively and efficiently.
- Experience in working with NGOs, event management, cross-institutional projects, stakeholder engagement and coordination, local schools and teachers, or in journalism and media field, marketing and promotion, and project dissemination is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop or similar tools, script writing and video production is also beneficial.
