Are you ready to take your career to the next level as a manager in our accounting advisory service team? We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team and help our clients navigate complex accounting challenges related to financial statements, IPOs, Mergers & Acquisitions, GAAP Conversions, and new sustainability reporting standards.

As a manager in our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from financial statement preparation to sustainability reporting. You'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that's passionate about delivering exceptional results for our clients. With our hybrid working model, you'll have the flexibility to work from home or in our office in Amstelveen, just outside Amsterdam.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in accounting, preferably with a master's degree in Accounting or Control. You should have (almost) certified accountant status and experience in solving US GAAP accounting issues. A minimum of 7-8 years of relevant working experience is required, as well as strong conceptual and analytical skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a willingness to adapt to different teams.

Your Challenges
  • Solving complex (sustainability) reporting and financial accounting projects
  • Supporting our clients in advising how to interpret new sustainability requirements and help the client get future proof
  • Being the linking point between KPMG and the client
  • Having a critical mindset
  • Adapting easily while working in different teams
  • Developing yourself as a subject matter expert in accounting and ESG reporting
