Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our team at STAFIDE. As a key member of our Agile community, you will be responsible for leading our teams in delivering high-quality solutions that meet Program Increment objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the delivery of solutions that achieve PI objectives by ensuring teams are aligned, motivated, and equipped with the necessary skills and resources.
  • Identify, remove, or escalate risks, operational dependencies, and impediments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide insightful analysis and transparency on team maturity, predictability, progress, and performance to secure the quality of delivered value.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team by promoting agile principles and mindset.
  • Facilitate effective team rituals and contribute to the Agile Release Train (ART) to drive collaboration and alignment.
  • Empower teams to become high-performing by focusing on accountability, collaboration, and shared goals.
  • Assist in forming and expanding teams, helping them succeed in dynamic situations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Chief Product Owner (SAFe Product Manager), and Release Train Engineer (RTE) to manage changes in backlog and scope.
  • Participate in and contribute to the Community of Practice (CoP) to share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with at least 15 years of overall professional experience in engineering or IT.
  • Demonstrated ability to work at a tactical level within an Agile environment.
  • Deep knowledge of iterative development and experience teaching others.
  • Extensive experience in team-building, facilitation, and removing roadblocks.
  • Proven success in helping teams improve their processes and outcomes.
Expected Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
