Job Description:

Role Summary:
As a Senior Scrum Master at STAFIDE, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of solutions to achieve Program Increment (PI) objectives committed by the team. This involves removing risks, operational dependencies, and impediments, or escalating them as needed. You will provide insights and transparency on team maturity, predictability, progress, and performance, securing the quality of delivered value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide insights and transparency on team maturity, predictability, progress, and performance, securing the quality of delivered value.
- Foster continuous improvement in the team's processes and ways of working, based on agile principles and mindset.
- Facilitate effective team rituals and contribute to the Agile Release Train (ART).
- Enable the team to become high-performing, focusing on accountability and collaboration.
- Assist in forming and expanding teams, helping them succeed in dynamic situations.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with at least 15 years of overall professional experience in engineering or IT.
- Demonstrated ability to work at a tactical level within an Agile environment.
- Deep knowledge of iterative development and experience teaching others.
- Extensive experience in team-building, facilitation, and removing roadblocks.
- Proven success in helping teams improve their processes and outcomes.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with product owners, team architects, release train engineers, and chief product owners.
- Ability to manage workload and deadlines in a dynamic, high-demand environment.
- Ability to navigate complex business and technical stakeholder discussions with ease.
- Working knowledge of the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology.
- Relevant Agile certifications, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
