About the Role

The Learning and Development Lead Legal will be responsible for driving, leading, and enabling the development and performance of the Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance (LRC) Academy. This role will focus on developing structure, processes, content, and tooling to facilitate the LRC Academy's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the LRC Academy strategy and roadmap, aligning with the ASML Global Learning and Knowledge Management (L&KM) strategy.
  • Lead and manage a team of L&KM professionals to design, develop, and deliver learning programs and solutions for the LRC Academy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication of the LRC Academy's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, subject matter experts, and other Academy Leads.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the LRC Academy's programs and services, making recommendations for improvement and continuous development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Learning Management, with a strong focus on strategy, operations, and team leadership.
  • Excellent business acumen, with the ability to understand and align with the ASML business strategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with knowledge management and learning technologies, with the ability to design and implement effective solutions.
