Receiving Goods Procurement Specialist

Discover a career at Newrest where you can make a difference in the inflight catering industry. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receiving Goods Procurement Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate supply of items needed in production areas
- Complete quality control procedures and documents for issuing process
- Record and report discrepancies related to issuing, such as shortages or damaged items
- Regular and timely attendance is a must
- Perform duties in a safe manner and report potential hazards
Secondary Functions:
- Conduct regular counts of stored materials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, fridges, and freezers
- Complete daily quality logs, including fridge and freezer temperatures
- Track spoiled or damaged inventory using loss log
- Work closely with production department to ensure proper stock and inventory
- Inspect and maintain equipment according to operating procedures
- Assist in other areas as needed and perform other duties assigned
Requirements:
- No experience required, but experience in supply, purchasing, receiving, or inventory is a plus
- Entry-level position with training provided for all functions
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
- Must be able to count and understand documents
- Must be willing to work weekends and have flexibility in working various areas
- Able to lift 40lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer:
- Salary indication: €2,317 per month
- Irregularity allowance
- Travel allowance
- 8% holiday allowance
- 25 vacation days + 13 ATV days
- 8.33% end-year bonus
