With a proven track record of achieving 97% ROI in the first year and up to 61% energy savings, we're poised for rapid expansion. We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in the Netherlands.
This role involves managing and growing existing customer relationships, adapting our platform to meet their needs, and identifying new business opportunities. You'll work closely with our internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive long-term success. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates;
- Engaging customers through structured account planning and validation meetings;
- Identifying and pursuing up- and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth;
- Monitoring customer usage and taking proactive steps to address any issues;
- Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs effectively;
- Conducting regular check-ins, business reviews, and product presentations;
- Negotiating contracts and contract terms to maintain long-term partnerships;
- Staying up-to-date with market trends and competition to provide strategic advice to customers.
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent analytical skills, strong communication and negotiation abilities, and fluency in Dutch. Experience in B2B account management or customer success in a SaaS or tech environment is preferred.
