Job Title: Transport Planner

We are seeking a skilled Transport Planner to join our team at Euro Pool Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for executing network planning to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation solutions for our interregional transport across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute network planning to optimize transportation solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation
  • Monitor and analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives
  • Manage transporter relations and ensure compliance with logistics system
  • Verify completion of agreed transports and follow up on Transport KPIs
Requirements:
  • Higher professional education (HBO/Bachelor) level of work and thinking preferably in Logistics
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related environment (international freight forwarding or supply or demand cross regional challenges)
  • Proficient IT skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel and SAP
  • Proficiency in English, spoken and written. An additional language is beneficial preferably (Dutch, German, Spanish or French)
