Als Risk & Compliance Officer bij Coolblue ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en versterken van de interne controle binnen onze organisatie.
Jouw taken zijn:
- Key controls opzetten om risico's te identificeren en te mitigeren;
- Medewerkers, domeinbazen en bezorgers informeren en adviseren over risicomanagement en compliance;
- Effectief communiceren met diverse stakeholders, waaronder HR, domeinbazen en bezorgers, om risico's te identificeren en te verminderen;
- Samenwerken met diverse teams om risicomanagement en compliance te versterken;
- Regelmatig feedback geven en ontvangen om ervoor te zorgen dat risicomanagement en compliance op de juiste manier worden toegepast;
Als Risk & Compliance Officer bij Coolblue word je de spil binnen onze organisatie om risico's te identificeren en te verminderen. Je zult werken aan een cultuur van risicobewustzijn, waarin medewerkers de noodzaak van risicomanagement en compliance begrijpen en toepassen.

- Ervaring hebt in risk management, compliance en internal control;
